We came through for our client at just the right moment. The boutique on the island where he wanted to buy a gift for his wife had closed. So we found the item in another country, where the import duty was lowest, bought it and found a courier who could fly to the island with the surprise.

Our client bought a Tomorrowland ticket through Viagogo. At the entrance, she found out it was fake. Viagogo support hadn’t managed to help, so we had to act fast.
We got her settled at a bar outside the festival while we found someone on-site with a spare ticket. We arranged for him to meet her and take her inside. An hour after she contacted us, she was already dancing at Tomorrowland. And to top it off, we got Viagogo to refund the fake ticket.

Three days before the trip, our clients were in Sochi while their car was in Moscow. Naturally, they wanted to start the journey from Sochi in that exact car. And the car needed a custom wrap, too. We designed and wrapped it in a day, and two days later it was waiting for them at the starting point.
The route: Georgia, Armenia and Iran. The client wanted the entire journey planned as they went, so we had to persuade hotels, bathhouses and restaurants to give us their best options at very short notice. We made it happen.
